Yes. All patch placements comply with official tournament and tour regulations. We work closely with tour guidelines to ensure all sponsorships meet size, placement, and approval requirements. Each tournament may have specific rules, and we help navigate these for you.

When you deposit, the funds go into your MatchPatch wallet. They are only used for:

• Paying for accepted offers once the player actually plays the sponsored match with your patch
• Any agreed platform/service fees

We don't charge your card per match; instead, campaigns are paid out from your wallet balance.

Yes. Funds in your MatchPatch wallet are ring-fenced for your campaigns only. They are not spent until:

• A player has accepted and signed your offer, and
• The sponsored match has been played with your patch on court

Anything not used stays in your wallet and is always visible in your account.

Your funds are reserved when the deal is signed, but you're only charged when:

• The player steps on court for the sponsored match, and
• They wear your patch according to the agreed guidelines

After the match is completed and verified, the payment is released from your wallet to the player.

Once an offer is accepted and signed, it becomes a binding agreement for the defined number of matches. If you need to change something (e.g. creative, logo, message), please contact MatchPatch support—we'll help you find the fairest solution for you and the player.

If we confirm that the player did not wear the patch as per the agreement (or wore a different logo instead), that match will not be charged to you, or the fee can be credited back to your wallet, depending on the investigation outcome. We have a dispute resolution process to handle these situations.

Any professional tennis player competing on the ATP, WTA, or ITF tours can apply. We accept players of all rankings. Your eligibility depends on tournament regulations and having available patch space on your kit.

MatchPatch works alongside your existing sponsorships. Sleeve patches occupy different space than primary kit sponsors. We help ensure no conflicts with your current agreements and that all patch placements comply with your contracts and tour rules.

You still get paid in full. The sponsorship agreement is based on wearing the patch during the match, not the match outcome. Brands pay for exposure and visibility, which happens regardless of the score.

If you have an agent, they should consent to your participation. Many agents welcome MatchPatch as an additional revenue stream. We're happy to speak with your agent directly to explain the platform and address any questions.
